Sealtech Waterproofing & Construction Pvt Ltd was founded in 1999 by Mr. Chinthaka Balasuriya with a vision to provide reliable, long-lasting, and technically advanced engineering solutions for Sri Lanka's growing construction industry.
Over the past two decades, Sealtech has established itself as one of Sri Lanka's trusted specialists in structural strengthening, waterproofing systems, concrete rehabilitation, crack repair technology, protective coatings, and building restoration services.
